We provide these services on a contingent fee basis. We calculate this fee by multiplying the amount of the assessed value reduction by the tax rate.
No assessed value reduction = no fee.
We will hire an attorney to represent you, if required, at no additional charge to you.
The client will pay for any necessary costs, such as an appraisal, of pursuing the assessed value appeal.
There is a $50.00 administrative fee per matter (thatís a single $50 fee for an entire condominium association, not $50 per unit). This administrative fee is non refundable but we will reduce any contingent fee that we bill by the amount of the administrative fee paid by a client.
